Bluestone National Park Resort is an award-winning destination resort, known for its scenic beauty and family-friendly activities. Seeking to enhance its entertainment offerings, Bluestone commissioned our agency to create and install its first seasonal production in the Cloud Theatre. 

Objectives:

The primary goal of the project was to elevate Bluestone's entertainment offerings by introducing a high-quality seasonal production that would attract visitors and enhance their overall experience. Additionally, the project aimed to establish a framework and blueprint for future productions, setting a standard of excellence for entertainment at Bluestone.

  • Production Design: Our team collaboratively designed stunning sets, costumes, and props with companies such as StageFunk.

  • Marketing and Promotion: We supported a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate excitement and anticipation for the seasonal production, utilising social media, email marketing, and targeted advertising campaigns.

Execution:

  • Rehearsals and Direction: Intensive rehearsals were led and directed to ensure a polished performance.

  • Technical Production: We managed all technical aspects of the production, including lighting, sound, and special effects, to enhance the audience's experience and create a memorable spectacle.

Results:

  • Successful Debut: The seasonal production debuted to rave reviews, delighting audiences of all ages and receiving accolades for its creativity and production value welcoming over 12,000 people over the run.

  • Increased Visitor Engagement: The introduction of the seasonal production significantly increased visitor engagement and retention at Bluestone National Park, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
